Security Deposit
Booking
Please write us an email with your travel dates or call us for direct booking.
Easy and very convenient is the booking possibility thru FewoDirect/VRBO/HomeAway with secure and direct payment. (additional booking fees ).
You will receive a rental agreement from us. We ask you to return it signed within 7 days together with the deposit of $/€ 500, – to us. The deposit serves as security and will only be redeemed if canceled less than 30 days before the rental date or self-inflicted damages in or on the house / inventory and then settled. You will receive the deposit immediately after the end of your holiday.
The total price in the rental agreement must be transferred to the account of the property management company Green Real Estate on Anna Maria Island 4 weeks prior your arrival. For a safe money transfer from a different currency we recommend the fee-friendly service from www.transferwise.com: https://transferwise.com/u/kerstinw12
By arrangement, you can also pay cash at the office of our property management at Green Real Estate.
Key collection is also provided by the local property management on Anna Maria Island.
Cancellation Policy
In case of any cancellation we have to charge:
– 12 weeks prior arrival date: 65% of the rent
– 60 days prior arrival date: 85% of the rent
– If cancellation is less than 60 days prior arrival date no refund will be made unless the house is re-rented for lease period.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Check-In / Check-Out Time
Check in time: 5 P.M.
If you plan to arrive later than 5 P.M. special arrangement must be made. Just give us a notice in advance so that we can make these arrangements for your late arrival
Check out time: 11 A.M.
Keys must be returned to the rental manager and in case of breakage or damage you report it during your stay or at departure.
