More than 30 years ago, Kerstin and Georg took the adventure of a lifetime: they bought a plot of land on Anna Maria Island, built their family home, and have been welcoming guests ever since. What started as a labor of love has grown into three carefully tended homes and a community of guests who return year after year.

"For our sons Maximilian and Alexander, Anna Maria Island has long become their second home – the place where they truly arrive."

We care for every house with the same attention we give our own family home. Many guests have become friends over the years, and we're proud that so many return season after season.
